Yes, I think there's a coda I read someplace about it.  Highly fictionalized
but lots of fun to watch <g>.

Started that out way back in the gold rush days i think?  I'm also thinking the
use of gas lamps in Nome in the movie is wrong too.  I dont think they had
those, just oil lanterns then much later, electric.  Gas for heat by then too
but not for lighting as in piped through the house?

Well, not like these guys in the movie, but they do 'comminicate' at some
level.

Yes.  I just didnt know that much about it.  Reading leads me to all sorts of
strange things and i like to learn but generally prefer 'entertaining' books
over text books.  If it can teach some historical things at the same time as
entertaining me, I am all for them.
