Meaning he was patronizing and placating..

"We should" always spewed in his speeches.

Dont get me wrong, he is/was a great orator, not as good as Reagan but close,
but giving good speeches does not a good leader make.

No he didnt, he could have done more to contain Al Queda and if he had thought
of doing tax cuts before Bush did, Gore would have won in 2000 without a
"Florida"..

Of course you Bush haters wont concede that if Gore had been able to take his
own states electoral votes or that of Clintons home state, Florida wouldnt have
mattered.

He served for 8 years, that saga didnt come to be until middle of second term,
try some better theories Joe.

Clintons approval ratings actually shot up after the Lewinsky/impeachment mess,
you didnt know that did you? The economy was still booming from the tech boom,
albeit the bubble burst soon afterward.. Clinton wasnt responsible for the tech
bubble and I doubt he could have stopped it from bursting.

The roughest time of his Presidency came right after he took office in his
first term, when he and Asst-President Hillary tried to socialize the
healthcare system, and I laugh, it got shot down by a Congress controlled by
his own party. He paid the price for that in the 1994 mid-terms, but being the
brilliant politician that he was, he quickly dashed towards the center, which
btw is where he was during the campaign that elected him, he should have stayed
close to center,

Clintons issues, was he began to run things based on opinion polls, not good.

Thats the problem with you Joe, you resent politicians who are decisive and do
exactly what they say they will.

Diplomacy only wins points in applause.
