Might I remind you that be that as it may, you have done so in a area of the
world more used totalitarianism, and in which in a zone in which P4 has been
wielded or rather abused in a totalitarian fashion by NC's, RC's and past and
current ZC's..

For example, a few years back, your current ZC threatened the node number of
Steven Leeman for registering the fidonet.be domain name. This of course is
only one example among many in which the Z2 *C structure has tried to misuse
policy to achieve their megalomaniacal ends.

4.5  Making Available Policies, Nodelists and FidoNews

As a Network Coordinator you should obtain a new issue of FidoNews and a new
nodelist difference file every week from your Regional Coordinator.  The
nodelist difference file is currently made available each Saturday, and
FidoNews is published each Monday.  You must make these files available to
all nodes in the network, and you are encouraged to make them available to
the general public for download.

Now that you have been shown policy you ignorant fool, its my turn for a
question:

Where in policy is it prescribed in which the manner in which Policy can be
distributed is limited, especially by a person who contributed a article?

and do note, an assumption can be made that at the time policy was written,
only a BBS, but since no specific limitations are spelled out, neither you or
the Vlister of Fidonet can impose a limitation.

Section 4.5 does apply to Net Coordinators, but since the verbiage

" and you are encouraged to make them available to the general public for
download"

exists, it really doesnt matter beyond this point who makes it available and by
which means or technology.
