Janis and Janis only. *She* made the filegate rules. Not me. *She* decided that
Filegate rules apply. Not me. *She* deicded to take the action of sending it
DUD file and interfere with the smooth operation of the network. Not me. It was
her decision and her decision only.

There is nothing to understand. Janis send the DUD file. Her decision. Period.

What do opinions on her reasons matter? *She* decided to so it. *She* is
responsible for that action.

There is nothing to admit. It was Janis who send the DUD file. She made that
decison on rules *She* created and interpreted. To bad you can not sse that.
