FYI and his, the ass of small children on TV is not always blurred. Only
when there is a chance of small children watching the program will that
happen. If anyone has ever seen episodes of NYPD Blue, they will have seen
the ass and breasts in that program. Of course, that show is for viewing
by adults, who know the difference between baring a baby's ass and that of
an adult.
