Yeah, that just shows you that he can't spell...the context of his
sentence says something different. Which is all too familiar to those of
us who have seen his condescending bullshit before.

This all sounds like what a friend of mine in CA has been going through.
He's on chemo to treat cancer. The trouble with going off the meds, which
he has done, means that his cancer isn't in remission. He's on his third
or fourth round of it now. However, he does feel better and has all of the
feelings and dreams back in his life. However, I don't expect him to ever
be able to leave CA and see the world, as he had planned before all of
this came down on him.

He did, read the context...he mentioned the medi-care system, although he
spelled medi-care wrong.

They have skills. My dad had a bowel obstruction back in 1992 that
required surgery to remove. When the surgeon cut the intestine to remove
the obstruction, what was in there squirted all over the place. Once done,
the sugeon put him in ICU, where he became toxic and was on the verge of
dying, when my sister (a surgical nurse) had him life-flighted to a
university hospital, where they performed more surgery to clean out his
lower body cavity.  The difference there was 'old' school vs 'new' school
and they managed to save his life. He wasn't very happy to be alive when
he woke up, because they had him on a respirator and a bunch of tubes
running in and out of his body. He had a 'do not resusitate' order in
place and my sister was the 'decider' in that. He shoke his fist at her
for saving his life. After she told him that he was going to be alright,
he finally forgave her. Walking around with a shit-bag was better than
dying, afterall.
