I know a person who would depend on such a weapon to protect their lives
would be taking a chance of losing their life. .25 ACPs have the firepower
of a rubber band.  She would have been better protected had she taken one
of the .22 pistols. They can do more harm than the .25ACP...

Not true. As an officer of the court, a policeman's word is as good as
gold. If he says it was you, you're on trial.

That's a fact and you're dreaming if you think less guns is a deterent to
crime. Look at the crime stats of big cities with gun bans and then look
at the same stats for cities in states with concealed carry will issue
laws. Crimes committed with firearms in states with cities having a ban,
are significantly higher.
