In fact, he made video tapes of himself, which show that he was in a
demented state of mind ... I personally liked the part where he says,
'it's all your fault that I'm like I am'...

He was reported to the police as a potential problem months ago.

Now that would be a good thing.

Yeup, Wayne is definately a screwball.

I thought that his sister took care of that.

Unfortunately. However, there still is hope. The USSC has handed down a
very important decision concerning the 2nd Amendment. It ruled against the
city of Washington D.C.'s ban on firearms in that city. Once the lower
federal appeals court gets done with some particulars, it should be safer
in DC than it's been in the past 20 years.
