Many of the individual articles do not qualify as news. Including some of mine.
That is the point.

Anyway, you may have noticed that Shannon has abaondonned using "fair use" as a
defence. It would appear that his lawyer advised him that it would not stick in
this case.

I am not suprised. Everyone one with a grain of common sense can see that
copying entire magazines is not making "limited use".

Where do you think the "copy" in "copyright" stands for? 

Producing the HTML version is making an unauthorised copy.

And by doing that he is making an unauthorized copy.

What Björn ois doing is not against Swedish law and so what the allegations
against him are false.
