Note: I corrected your foolish rant for clarity.

Yes and no. Vlist had no case, as proved by the denial of his PC by
the RC10 and subsequent denial of his appeal to the ZC1. Thus two
strikes against and none for.

Subsequently the IC overruled their decisions according to his personal
opinion and in spite of policy. Three strikes against and still none
for.

The IC proved that he was ruling on his personal opinion by previously
going on a rampage in the ZCC echo with his personal feelings of posted
ASCII characters arranged in such a way as to portray Adolph Hitler.
Thus indicating that his decision was personal and had no basis in
policy. Four strikes against and still none for.

The ZCC, knowing that there is no policy in place to support his claim
that 'echomail falls under the jurisdiciton of policy' tried to inform
him of his error in thinking, but he was not to be denied his personal
opinion and thus, ruled in error and personal judgement and not within
nor according to policy. When the IC erroneously made that ruling on
personal opinion and feelings, the ZCC justifiably overruled his
decision. Five strikes against and none for.

Jumping into the deep end of the pond without being able to swim and not
having any water wings, he drowned in his unilateral attempt to change
policy and make himself King of Fidonet and was booted from his position
on high by a 'Majority Vote' of those with cooler heads.

Being a pure and simple disappoint in your own rite, there's no need to
go overboard in proving personal integrity among those who know you for
the immoral character that you've proven yourself to be.
