You are absolutely right and of course Dynamic Network Services have the right
to terminate the account. There never was a legally binding agreement anyway
since pushing an "I agree" button has no legal standing where Björn lives and
there was no payment made.

But you may ask yourself what has been acomplished by this snitching action.

Do you really think that whoever did this did Dynamic Network Services a
favour? I doubt it. Once it was pointed out to them they may have felt they had
no choice but to terminate the acoount, but my guess is that they would rather
not have known. It has cost them potential custommers.

Will Björn ever do bussines with DNS again now that he has been made aware of
how they react to customers that don't wish to bow to the whims of some
vindictive asshole that is out to get him?

Not bloody likely!  In fact he may decide to never do not do bussines with any
USAian based company that has a similar arrogant policy. And not just Björn. If
I ever need the services of a hosting company I wil certainly not go to Dynamic
Netwerk Systems, I can tell you that. And my guess is I am not the only one.
  
Has this action done anything to ease the tension between the zones? No, on the
contary, the situation has polarized even more. You have only shown what a
bunch of hypocritical assholes you really are. Getting someones dns service cut
off over some pictures! Djeez what a despicable thing to do. 

You (y'all) can ride the moral high ground, but you have shown your true
colours now. Snitch!
