I don't need one ... I'm also a racist and a bigot ... but unlike you, I'm
not hypocritical in my racist bigotry. I call a spade a spade and a nigger
a nigger, when a spade acts like a spade and a nigger acts like a nigger.

OTH, when black folks act like decent human beings, I give them the
respect they deserve. You may think that's hypocritical, but I'd also call
out a white person for being a cracker. Just like some blacks, some whites
are not above being as hypocritical as you are.

Unlike you, I don't play the hypocrite who would ban an inanimate object
because it was used to kill, while not banning the blacks who misuse the
inanimate object to do the killing.

You mean, Samuel Clemens was against war and wrote a book about it under
his pen name as Mark Twain.

Mark Twain wasn't affiliated with a political party.

The American Anti-Imperialist League was formed in the United States on
June 15, 1898 to fight the American annexation of the Philippines and
other U.S. territories, officially called insular areas.

The Anti-Imperialist League opposed annexation on economic, legal, and
moral grounds. The original organization was founded in New England and
was absorbed by a new national Anti-Imperialist League.

Prominent statesman George S. Boutwell served as president from the
League's inception in 1898 to his death in 1905. Lawyer and civil rights
activist Moorfield Storey was president from 1905 until the League
dissolved in 1921.

Samuel Clemens, aka Mark Twain was never president of the AAIL.
