Sorry, you're the one who keeps bringing up different points instead of ever
responding to mine.  Not an uncommon tactic for a person such as yourself,

Unlike you, I went and confirm it ages ago when I first heard about it.  The
banner was cropped.  Period.  Some big explanation of what you want think the
banner stood for doesn't change change that fact.

Because you would be proven wrong, as you have been with most of the statements
I have made.  Your only recourse thus far has been to change the subject, call
me a liar, or generalize with typical attempts at slander.

The first sane thing you've ever said.
 
I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt and be civil with you, but you
proved that it's impossible with someone as staunchly Republican as yourself. 
You are not independent.  No independent would harbor such a deep-seeded
resentment of all liberals as you do.  A resentment which you reveal more and
more with each message you send to me, as you run out of facts to counter my
statements with.  You try to fly the independent flag because your party has
such a bad reputuation; a reputation which angers you so much that you resort
to any means to cover up or change the subject from.
 
You have been unable to counter anything I've said with fact of any kind. You
constantly and predictably fall back on personal insults of me and blanket
statements of the entire Democratic party, which shows your incredible
immaturity.  You are a fine example of the style of Republican I have no use
for.
 
My problem isn't with Republicans in general.  Particularly since I'm friends
with several.  It's the kind who are running the country right now who I
dislike.  And hateful ones like yourself who would blindly defend them to your
dying day, regardless of truth or respect for others.  I anxiously await the
day when your generation of Republican isn't the kind who has a hand in my
future anymore.
 
People like you are what ruined Fidonet.  You make civilized debate impossible
because you're unwilling to acknowledge opinion or fact which doesn't fit the
tiny distorted Roy Witt reality.  I have encountered several people with strong
opinions so far in my return to Fidonet, but none of them as bullish and
difficult as yourself.  Attempts at even being friendly with you are returned
negatively.  Nobody else here has responded so crudely even when they disagreed
with what I had to say.  I have respect for them and their opinions, but I no
longer do for you.  I simply tire of your rhetoric.
 
All Roy Witt messages from here on out get filtered to the trash, where they
belong.  I should have listened to the other people here about you all along. 
I came on Fidonet to enjoy it again, not have one-sided debates with the likes
of you.  So enjoy the rest of your make-believe life, assuming you're capable
of joy at all.
