Tex-Mex restaurants here in Texas make those little flour and corn
tortillas in the back room with the same tortilla press you bought back in
the sixties. They make their own flour and corn mix too.

Not the case for the Mexican restaurant I mentioned elsewhere here that we
ran into in Northern Illinois. The owners were from El Paso and must have
had a source for theirs.
