What you wanted to believe was voices of astronauts on the surface
of the moon.  What you heard was sounds emanating from a transmitter
placed in orbit around the moon, or placed on the surface of the moon.
The voices were those of people on Earth, not anybody on the moon.

The problem for humans to travel to the moon is something called the
Van Allen Belt, located 272 miles from Earth.  Not even the Russians
could pass through that, given it would take at least four feet of lead
surrounding each astronaut, or cosmonaut, in order for them to avoid
instant death.  And then there is the problem of radiation on the moon
itself.

There are no pictures of astronauts walking on the surface of the moon.
However, there are lots of pictures of astronauts walking on the surface
of the Nevada desert.  Of course, ham operators received no pictures
of anything.  Only sounds emanating from a transmitter placed in orbit
around the moon (although such a transmitter could have been placed
on the surface of the moon).

The president of the International Flat Earth Society claims the
moon landings were faked in Hollywood studios, with help from Masons
Stanley Kubrick and Arthur C. Clarke.  The only part he got wrong
was about Hollywood studios, given the so-called astronauts wanted
some R&R (playing slots, blackjack, poker, having all the girls
they wanted, etc.) for helping to produce NASA's tv show.

You and others might ask why NASA would even consider faking such an
act.  Well, it was all taxpayer dollars.  And it is much cheaper to
make a movie or television show than it is to do something which is
impossible.  Besides, President Nixon loved to watch tv.  And so did
the American public.  Got their minds off of Vietnam, and inflation,
and all the rest of the world's problems.  It also kept the military
happy, and the continuation of the fake Cold War threat.

Now that the veil has been lifted about the fake Cold War threat,
we are now living in the age of the Fake Terrorist threat.  Hence
the effort to start a fake Mars landing program.  And then when
the veil has been lifted about the fake terrorist threat, we will
be living in the Fake Asteroid threat.  And when that veil has
been lifted, we will be living in the Fake Alien Invasion threat.
Yes indeedy!  We will be invaded by LEPRECHAUNS!  You do realize
that leprechauns are evil...
