To all, not just Ceppa:

The value of dollars is based on the value of debts that placed the money into
circulation. Banks issue money to the public in exchange for a loan receivable
(an asset) held by the bank. That would include the value of mortgages, loans,
credit cards, etc. This is called fractional reserve banking. For every nine
dollars circulated, there is supposed to be one dollar of debt (a loan
receivable asset) issued by a bank.  

If fake loans, mortgages, credit card debts, etc. are packaged by banks and
placed into the economy, in order to obtain false wealth in dollars, an
implosion occurs and the current financial crisis results.

That's how we got in the fix we're in. A small group of banks packaged a huge
amount of fake debt and released it into the market to fraudulenty obtain
assets and control of the economy. As a result, everyone is told there is a
recession or depression and they are told the public must bail out the banks
via paying higher taxes. However, as I stated, it is the small group of banks
that are in control of the Government. The Federal Reserve is a main player in
this crisis.

The planned end result of this crisis will be a one world currency issued by a
one world bank. The one world bank will then control the destiny of each
country. If the one world bank wants the US to become a 3rd world dictatorship,
it will have the necessary control to do it.

So it is this small group of banks that have taken control of the Government,
the world currencies and world economy, not the Government that has bailed out
the banks as they would have us believe. This is the main reason a crisis
situation was staged and Congress was called to make a speedy decision to
"bail-out" the banks without having time to give it the proper thought.
Congress and the people were made to believe the Government was taking control,
when in fact it was a few banks, held by the International Elite, taking
control of the Government.  A main player in expediting the "bail-out" was
Obama. This is a major step toward the beginning of the New World Order, the
purpose of which is to control the wealth of the world by only a few extremely
wealthy elite.

It's a conspiracy fact, not conspiracy theory.

It is succeeding.
