Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii - not in Mombosa, Kenya.

Attorney Philip Berg is claiming that Barack Obama "admitted"
to the lawsuit's accusations by failing to respond to it, citing
Rule 36 of the Federal Ruls of Civil Procedure.

Barack Obama asked the court to dismiss the suit, given it
had no merit.  The court agreed.

for all to see.  Apparently Berg must have missed it.  :)

Guilt by accusation?  If somebody says a candidate is not a natural born
citizen then that candidate is automatically disqualified?  If only it
were that easy, anybody could do it.  Just say that Sarah Palin was born
at the North Pole, her daddy being Santa Claus.  Or that Joe Biden was
born in England, his mother being the Queen of England.  Or that John
McCain was born in Panama.  Well, John McCain really was born in Panama.
And John McCain has a birth certicate to prove it.

And anyone can disqualify the presidential or vice presidential
candidate of their choice simply by accusing them of not being a
natural born citizen???  I don't think so.  In fact, I know so.
Furthermore, congresscritters merely have to be of age and be a
citizen, regardless of place of birth.
