The entire procedure is called an impeachment. Whether convicted  or not
of the charges, this doesn't negate the fact that he was in fact,
impeached.

So, if you need political correctness in Clinton's impeachment, you can
say that; he was not convicted of the charges brought by impeachment.

That's if you believe Hillary when she charges that there was a 'vast
right-wing conspiracy' to bring down her husband. In fact, there was and
never has been a 'right wing'. She brought it up out of the blue.

No such thing happened. Had Clinton not been a disgrace to the office of
President, he would have gone down in history as just another jerk-off in
the White House, end of story.

I doubt that. Presented with a certain amount of information, that could
be said to be as reliable as your grandmother's, you would have made the
same decision.

Yeup, that intel was from a lot of Europeon inteligence who should have
known. Who's to say that it wasn't a setup by those who had more to lose,
like Germany, France and Russia?
