Because at that point in time there was no time to manually recount the whole
state because they pussy footed away the entire month.

Surely you did not see recount teams in all of Florida's counties, just a
handful, and the circus that was.

Florida already had provisions in place for automatic recounts that involved
retabulating the ballots the same way they were to begin with.

I believe they did this twice..

What I am talking about was the idiotic examining of the chads.

It doesnt surprise me that you are not troubled by the fact that they were
changing the criteria to determine voter intent while in mid re-count. It
should since odds are someone whose ballot might have really been meant for
Gore and originally cast and counted for Gore could have been reinterpreted to
be a vote for Bush, Nader, Buchanan? Well unless it is your contention that
those doing the examining would not dare reinterpret ballots that originally
favored Gore, is this your contention?

They had people in only a select few counties in Florida, they didnt have them
all over like they should have.

If something like this were to have happened in Washington State Mr Ceppa, I
would hope you like your ballots rechecked as carefully in your County as they
might be in others.

Well if he could have taken the electoral votes from his own state, Florida
