None of that caused the deficit.  It was Bush's economic policies
which did that.  BEFORE the events of 9-11.

Deficit spending is a way of life for Bush.  Tax breaks for the
wealthy, a senseless and needless war in Iraq, loss of an American
city (New Orleans), the recent fincancial meltdown...

The poor guy couldn't even capture or kill the main man responsible
for the events of 9-11, Osama bin Laden.

RC>If you want to cast scorn on him for the Budget, then blame

The deficit began BEFORE the events of 9-11, which occurred
BEFORE Bush's mishandling of Afghanistan (Osama bin Laden and
Mullah Omar remain free and at large), which occurred BEFORE
Bush's misguided war on Iraq, which occurred BEFORE Bush lost
an American city (New Orleans), which occurred BEFORE Bush's
latest financial meltdown problem.

Bush had already sent the budget into deficit way before then.

A return to the days of peace and prosperity is a good thing.

Bush has been ignoring Osama bin Laden and Mullah Omar.
Obama will not make that same mistake.
