There is no such thing as a just war. "Just war" is an invention of winners
that write history. You are not winning in Afghanistan.

Thw attack on Afghanistan was an act of revenge. Revenge has never solves
anything.

Ah, thanks for reminding that Bush did not do it all by himself. Ineed, he gopt
away with what he did because the elected representatives of the US American
people let him. Now can you understand why some people this side of the pond
say: a country that twice elects Bush, there must be somethinhg wrong with it?

And you really believe 9/11 was something that just happened? You never stopped
to think if it was not something that the US brought onto itself?

Iraq is only part of it. The bottom line is that you are overspending. Even
without Iraq you would be.

Storms are not as unpredictable as wyou would have me believe. you can not tell
exactly when and where they will happen, but *that* they will happen is a near
certainty. You simply failed to take proper precations. The US spends 10^9
Dollars a day on the military had you spend  one percent of that on dykes, they
could have withstood the great flood.

You seem to prefer war mongers.

Ever so often doing nothing is better than just shooting at everything that
moves.

In the case of 9/11, I say that doing nothing probably would have been better
than starting two wars.
