Define "spring water". If it's alkaline, it contains a fair amount of calcium
carbonate (limestone), and why it should become acidic after exposure to air

Of what? Distilled water absorbs mainly CO2, and carbonates are slightly basic.
They are also buffers, so you won't get much of a change from pH 7 regardless
of what happens.

Like eating best-quality bullshit ;-)  I already explained the (slight)
difference) in toxicity between distilled and tap water, noting that any real
physiological differences are due to the electrolyte balance changes.

Which has what precisely to do with water = HOH = H2O as a compound?

You've put a lot of pseudoscience together for this message, Lee. Even
Wikepedia is better. Better stick to religion the next time... science doesn't
appear to be your strongest point.
