Healthcare is accessible for all in America.  The real problem
is quality healthcare is not accessible for all.

Any type perhaps.  But not necessarily quality healthcare.

The Cuban healthcare system is available for all, regardless of
income.  And the quality of that healthcare may be good, and even
excellent.  But that does not mean the Cuban healthcare system is
without its problems.  For example, people suffering from AIDS are
not allowed to live in their own communities in Cuba.  They are
removed and placed in isolation from the rest of the population.
Kind of like a nursing home for terminally ill patients, with
guards to keep the patients from ever leaving.

Not everybody in America can afford to go to Harvard.  Those who have
been lucky enough have wealthy parents can, but not so for the vast
majority of Americans, whose parents have to actually work for a living.

Asian students are smarter than both American and European students.

Then why is it Boris Yeltsen wanted an American surgeon to fix
his failing heart?  Had a Belgian doctor opened his chest Yeltsen
probably would have died on the operating table.  The Russian
president wasn't stupid, knowing that American surgeons are the
world's best.  Of course, he may have been drunk when he came
to that conclusion...

The average Cuban makes $10 a month.  How much computer can $10 buy?

The United States has military bases all over the world, including
in Europe.  Every soldier (and officer) must abide by the Constitution,
given his oath of enlistment.  That does not mean that detainees have
the same rights as U.S. citizens.  Unless the detainee is a U.S.
citizen, in which case the detainee must be transferred to the U.S.
for trial and prosecution.

Normally international conventions would apply.  But the detainees
are not part of any country's army or military.  They are terrorists.
As such, they can be treated as terrorists.  String `em up and let
the rope swing.  Or just plain shoot `em.
