Actually, Felten is the worst at English grammar and spelling among all
of us here. Sometimes, even Ross' English is better.

A great example of the iniquities of not knowing proper English grammar:

It is improper English grammar to begin a sentence with the word; and.

That's like trying to put two subjects into one sentence without a comma.

BTW, I don't know what's hard about using words with two e's in them.

Take the English word 'speech' for example. How hard is it for a Germanic
speaking native to misunderstand its pronunciation or why there are two
e's?

For those who don't have a clue of which comes in what order, give this
little brain aid a try: "I before E, except after C." It's not set in
stone, but it will suffice in most cases of doubt.

GEe, I wonder what he does when he encounters words like 'feist' or
'feign' and 'feint'.

Sometimes, while typing, a person who can type at 60+ words per minute,
can amd usually does get out of sinc where the i and e fingers fire out of
sequence. Sometimes, I type so fast that I capitalize the first two
letters in a word and have to go back and correct that. I did that
recently with the word 'Gee' - above.

All of this is very common knowledge among those of us who are at the 'top
of the class' in the use of the English language, and are very coordinated
in typing at high speeds all of the time. Hunt and peckers like Felten
have a very hard time getting it right, usually hitting the 'comma' key
more often than necessary, thus making his writing read in choppy bursts,
which is likely to be how he speaks in Svedish.
