Ärende: 11yr old with a shotgun

Possession does not prove ownership..

It was not his own shotgun as far as legal ownership nor was it purchased by
him.

A co-worker now deceased...

Both of them were done in by a hammer.. (A claw hammer)

The man in the picture had died from blows made to the top and back of the
head, the funeral home was able to dress up his face.

Her, (co-worker), took the blows to the top of her head and to her face,   it
was so bad her face could not be reconstructed enough to allow open casket.

Lets ban hammers, they are to easy to access or acquire.

Here is a list of things that we should ban because of the potential to be used
as weapons to kill or maim:

* hammers
* screwdrivers
* household chemicals, including pest control
* Kitchen utensils, mostly knives but including all.
* Heavy duty pots, pans and skillets.
* Glass bowls, vases and ornaments.
* Bowling trophies
* Wooden broom sticks
* Metal folding chairs.
* Irons
* Golf Clubs
* Baseball and Softball bats (Wood or aluminum)
* Any garden tool, shovels, spades, rakes et al.
* Chain Saws
* bare hands

The list can go on, and in our life times, we can find instances of people
killing others with what I did list above.

We should ban all of that, they are too easy to access and acquire.

You can focus on the guns if you want, you are going to anyway by saying that
the person with a gun has the advantage of being able to shoot from a
distance.. In the 2 cases Ward cites, the perpetrator was a trusted person in
the victims eyes and could have easily came up to them with any other tools
such as what I listed above.
