They are real uggly.

When they are sold they are called Cutlet-fish and you shouldn't really ask
ME that. I only know how to boil tea-water but the chef here says you have
to take the skin off like on salmon.

Think I'm having a problem too trying to translate it to English but they eat
crabs, clams, hermit crabs and sea urchins.

You're right and that we call Mal or Sheatfish and can weight up to 180 kg
or 396 pounds.
