A poorly worded headline.

It is legal for the citizens of Australia to own firearms - some even do own
them.

Where did yo find this? he NRA magazine? It is utter bullshit (well except for
the bit about "assault"weapons, the general public is not allowed those). Joe
Citizen can even get a permit to carry a concealed handgun in Australia.

One again - sensationalist reporting by some over enthusiastic journalist. The
government wants to test it but none of the major ISPs will wear it. Any tests
are being carried out with small no-name ISPs.

I am still getting as much porn appearing on my screen as I ever did so I guess
my mid-level ISP isn't involved.

Then again, maybe they're only blocking access from Aussie computers browsing
the NRA's website in USA.
