612,000 incorrect websites if they say that Aussies cannot own firearms.
Australians CAN own firearms (albeit not assault weapons). My house mate
legally has a Glock pistol.

The fact is that the legislation has failed to gain sufficient support in
parliament and has not been implemented. While it was still "hanging" the major
ISPs refused to participate in any tests. It is currently dead.

Name a site that you can access that you think I cannot (due to filtering by
the Australian government).

I can most certainly access porn - and if you can nominate an "illegal" site I
will try that too.

The 612,000 sites are plainly wrong then..... then again, it could be your
comprehension of the search results.

Australia does have gun control, just as USA does. Even there a person cannot
walk in off the street and legally purchase a firearm without some sort of
paperwork. So it is here.

Australia has a lot less gun related deaths per capita than USA so perhaps the
Aussie gun control works. Bugger all Aussies are shot by "agents of the
government" either.
