I figured that out the first time you mixed up phones with ATMs. What I haven't
been able to do is convince you that not all ATMs throughout the world use
alphanumeric keyboards, even in the sense you use, with "ABC" equal to "2" and
the like. Quite a lot of them have only the numbers on the keyboard - but what
the hell, believe what you want to believe.

Normal. When the bank sends you your ATM PIN about a week after the bank card
or credit card was sent, you get a four- or five-digit list of NUMBERS. No
alphanumerics. Anything you make of that is your own personal affair.

Roy, there was never any uncertainty except on your side. But I understand why
you don't want to post a picture of an American ATM - presumably there are also
only numbers on that too (unless some use phone alphanumerics, which are NOT!!
standard throughout the world.
