No, that's the one where, if you get screwed by the seller, they repay
you your money.

Of course not. The seller gave notice that he changed the auction. He
should have sold the bookcase to the one with the highest bid, but he
didn't. So, it's up to you to file a complaint with Ebay, or one of the
other buyers.

How'd you pay for it? If you don't follow the rules, you end up getting
the shaft from both sides.

Frankly, I couldn't care less, since you seem to not have any idea how to
follow the rules...I reccomend that you stay away from things that are
above your expertise.
