One of the guys who worked for me was accused of molesting his daughter,
as reported to the police by his daughter at age 11. It took nearly two
years for him to be exonerated (she finally confessed that she lied) and
then to find out the little bitch was a faggot at age 13. California being
one of the most liberal states in the US, the state's child safety agency
put her in a foster home that he and his wife had to pay for. In this
case, it wasn't the state that goofed, it was his daughter who nearly
ruined his life.

On another note, a fellow worker, Don was accused of molesting his 12yo
grand daughter, who he claimed approached him during the night when
everyone was in bed and asleep. Who do you believe, his GD or him? The
state decided that they believed her and the last I heard of Don, he was
in a state detention center in south San Diego county, doing two years
for 'attemped child molestation'.

In the past few months, we've had locals arrested for various sex crimes
involving children. I don't recall seeing any of them released because of
human error.

Duhhhh? If they're living under a bridge, they're obviously free to do as
they please...they just can't live in Dade county.

Like Michiel says about the way they're treated in Holland and Germany,
once they've served their sentence, they're released from jail, either to
a half-way house or to a relative's home.

You find a quirk in one situation and think it's the norm, when it's
merely a quirk that will be worked out eventually.

Most sex offenders are repeat offenders. Those who are caught, imprisoned
and released are going to be a repeat offender when they're released.

That's a fact.

Why the middle ages. Why not Nazi Germany where homosexuals and sex
offenders were extermintated along with the Jews?
