I oppose abortion, maybe not so vehemently as he thinks. I also believe in
birth control. Which throws his theory into the dumpster.

As opposed to your opinion of let the murderers live, but kill those
pesky, but innocent babys.

IMO, the fetus is innocent in the womb and has done nothing to deserve
being aborted, while the person who owns that womb may very well have. In
any case, she should be required to carry that fetus to birth and then
given the choice of keeping it or adopting it out. There are plenty of
people out there who would love to have that child to raise as their own.

Meanwhile, there are plenty of assholes who're living on death row who
down right deserve to be there and face their fate. OTH, there was a case
finalized here today where a man drove his truck headon into a passenger
vehicle, using it as a deadly weapon. Unfortunately, he only got 35 years
for felony assault with a deadly weapon, namely a pickup truck. His
sentence was composed of the age of a passenger in the vehicle he ran
into, youngest age of 3 and the number of people he endangered in the
entire incident which brought him to trial, 5. I love creative judges.

Not so. Many of those who will die for their dastardly deeds will be put
to death in a humane way. At least as humanely as is possible. True that
the old methods of putting someone to death was also a punishment by the
means they were executed. Shooting, hanging, electric chair and even the
gas chamber are cruel and unusual punishment for a state to impose, but
leathal injection imo is not.

If you're opposed to the death penalty and havn't any input on how to put
someone to death because it's still the law, perhaps you can suggest a
more humane way of executing them. If not, then I say you're just another
big wind bag with an agenda.
