Nope, exactly as I said, to exemplify U.S. health care based upon 
firsthand experience.

I am not the easily upset emotional basket case I was through June 2006 -
August 2007 after having had a stroke.
I recall you capitalising on that.

Kicking someone when they're down seems to provide you no
end to joy.

Oh yeah, sure, without medicare I'd be entirely without health care and
long deceased.

Yup, NO criminal record.
Misdomeaners, many of which were the result of total disrespect *earned*
by Florida police officers. Mostly traffic related.
None involving injury to others or property damage.

2/3rds  of my *misdomeaner* offenses are true, 1/3 are NOT.
Police, specifically ST. Pete police are corrupt and incompetent 
for the most part.

I'll be happy to go down the list and tell honestly whether I was
guilty of each individual case or not.
Recall, I openly admit to 2/3rds of them however in those cases no one
was hurt nor property damaged.

I'd like to believe my record would not be as extensive as it is were
it not for the total disrespect for the law taught to me by the Saint 
Petersburg Police department.

As an example during my working as a professional driver
I was awarded my companies safe driving award.

Here's a good one, sometime in 1976 an elderly fellow driving a Sedan De Ville
struck me in front of the Sunshine Mall on Missouri avenue leaving me
paralysed for several hours and extensive damage to my right knee.

Later that same day I walked to Gulfport to see my girlfriend
and was beaten up by then Gulfport cop Tossi.
Threats were made if I reported the incident.

What was my crime?
There'd recently been a rape - murder in Gulfport and a man
answering the description of 6'1" and wearing a gold shirt
had been seen on first ave n. near Pasadina Ave., the other side of 
Gulfport.
I was wearing a gold colored shirt, for this I was beaten by two cops.

Later it turned out the real rapist - murderer was Carl or maybe Karl Lewis
of the Gulfport fire department.
This dates to 1976.

Oh I'm certain it's written that way in the police report, however that
was not what happened.
Nor was I given any medical attention for injuries to my spine that left 
me two inches shorter.

The state however collected a massive  $96 dolllar fine.
I OTOH being now crippled, unemployed and guilty of nothing at
all had to bail my bike out of impound.

Seek to get a new drivers license, apply for and be accepted
to Abilitities of Florida's computer programmer training course
and on May 12 of 1995 was struck again by one Shontavia Curry, age
16.

Officer Ron Ziegler of SPPD investigated, the passenger admitted
Shontavia's being at fault right in front of Ziegler.
Both vehicles were totalled, her Suzuki Samarai and my
Yamaha XS 1100 Special.
Ziegler didn't even write her a ticket. 
Ziegler also declined to write an accident report, that
is in fact in itself illegal under Florida law considering
the extent of the financial damage to both vehicles. 

Why the hell do you always go personal?

It's you that brings on these endless attacks from which I
respond to defend myself from your false charges and then you
complain about that.

You're the source of all this crap. 

Now why don't you go collect the Amazing Randi prize for your all 
seeing knowledge of what's true and what's false.

I recall long ago you claimed certain knowledge Saddam Hussein 
had weapons of mass destruction  and I aurgued exactly opposite based upon 
sanctions, weapons inspectors reports, the fact I'd seen those weapons 
destroyed on Fox News reports in 1996 as well as accounts from 
members of the intelligence community during the very first few 
months of the Bush administration.

As they didn't go along with the unneccesary war and support it
they were soon  ex-members of the Bush administration.

You were wrong then and you're wrong now.

Collin Powell himself said in 2001 Iraq had no significant
weapons capability and posed no threat.

BTW, the Bush administration's Annual Intelligence  report on
Iraq and it's weapons of mass destrction was written down and distributed
to Congress.
It too was all lies.

Something being written down does not make it true. 

You're still claiming superior knowledge than one who was there
and as such supernatural powers.
So go claim your Amazing Randi one million dollar prize.

You know I find it damned odd I wasn't stopped or harrassed by the police
when I drove my Cadillac or my company work trucks, only while 
driving a motorcycle.

Most any biker down here will tell you it's a regular ploy of
officers here to tailgate bikers, in this case it left me crippled and
unable to work for life.

This _was_ a debate on health care when I was replying to Robert.

You turned it into a personal attack upon me based upon your
unevidenced all seeing knowledge of remote events.

BTW, I never mentioned police in my reply to Robert, you interjected
that.
I said a motorcycle  accident that was not an accident.

This evidences your need to personally attack me as opposed
to participating in the U.S. health care debate.

The topic was U.S. health care, you made it into
a personal attack upon me and continue that attack as in
this message. 

If you want to debate health care fine.

If you want to continue to harrass a cripple who has related 
nothing but the truth I'm certain you can find a sufficently
helpless individual in your own town to satisfy you.
