Robert, Ross Cassell has been carrying this on for over a decade ever since
I posed a question in the now dead askacop echo.

I'd asked  cops in that echo why they tailgated motorcycle riders 
and never got an answer.

I've asked at least 8 police officers in person why they tailgate bikers
and was equally met with silence.

I was not at fault.
I was not running.
I was trying to save my life due to an incompetent and 
horrendously wreckless cop.

He tailgated me for just over 10 blocks at a distance from my rear
tire of two feet.

A car in the middle lane blocked any ability for me to move to the middle or
right lane to pull over.

At the end the idiot had me now tailgating the car in front of me by the same
two feet.

That's how I blew through  the fifth Ave, intersection never seeing the light.
I was too occupied maintaining the motorcycle between two vehicles bumpers
two feet apart from me fore and aft. 
A bit dicey to say the least with constant velocity carberators.

Also the car in the middle lane overlapped the car in front of me by two feet
and the patrol car behind me by some 6 - 8 inches.

As such there was no possible way to pull over or change lanes.

I did nothing what so ever to bring this on.  

I have never been so terrified in my life and that includes
a very near drowning incident as a kid.

The cop covered his ass, I was denied medical care despite my begging for it,
the first time I recall begging for anything in my life.

I spent the next three months soaking my jeans off my backside in a tub
of warm water at the end of the day with some bleach as disinfectant.

Hey my butt was colorful those three months, like a combination of 
raw hamburger, green, yellow with the yellow being white blood cells
that weeped to the site to heal the injury but also glued my jeans to 
my ass.

Please do not respond to Ross Cassell on this matter, he's a preditor on the
issue and I assure you the police report is fraudulent and it happened 
as I've described hundreds of times now in response to these attacks.

Now were he to bring up the incident in August 1995 I'd have no
answer but the truth and in that incident only I was hurt and my 
motorcycle destroyed beyond recognition.

That one was bad, I was totally at fault but I was the only one
slightly injured.

I define slightly injured as one broken ankle and road rash from
hitting the pavement at around 100 MPH drunk.
Single vehicle accident, just me.

Compared to what that cop did to me Nov. 10 1990 that was 
like a mosquito bite.
The bike looked like it had fallen out of a plane at 30,000 feet.

I even got home in time to walk my dog, well, on voice command
in the empty side lot.

What prompted me to drink after six months sober?
The day before, August 12 1995 police officer Peter Vaughn
responding to a false report by mental patient and murderer
Dana Muntz marched into our yard, threatened to shoot
our dog which was on a heavy leather lead held by myself
and grabbed Cynthia my girlfriend by the wrists.

Bad move Peter, Cynthia an ex-Marine M.P. took down his 6'3"
220 pound butt in a split second.
Cynthia all of 5'11" and 110 pounds.

I just now using the internet found her again as that incident 
with the police hopelessly messed up our relationship.

If I am physically capable of the 1,200 mile trip I expect to get back
together with her and get the hell out of Florida the only
place I've ever had trouble with police and then only the
Saint Petersburg police department.

Any violation I've been guilty of I will freely admit to however
I will not admit to fraudulent police reports or lies
spread by Mr. Cassell. 


Now hopefully this is the end of personal attacks.

I thought you and I were discussing health care in the U.S.
when Cassell went down low. 

... It is the best of all possble worlds.
