There's absolutely no point in disputing an officers word
in court unless you've a credible eyewitness, and often then
no joy.
I had no witness who stopped to get involved.

Today were I to find him I'd bash him in the lumbar spine between
L - 3 and sacrum with a baseball bat so he could find out just how
pleasant it is to live this way.

I *watched* her wipe out one cop to the point he had to go to the
emergency room.
Peter Vaughn, the idiot who strode into our yard, threatened to shoot our
leaded dog and than grabbed Cynthia.

All at the behest of one like you who lies and was when alive criminally
insane,
Dana Muntz.
Try looking up his record, 2120 1st Ave N. Saint Pete Apt 2,
murderer and committed to a state mental institution and state prison.
He is now however deceased some three years.  

Cynthia is 5'11" and 110 pounds as she's anerexic.
Vaughn was about 6'2" or so and about 220 pounds.
She took him down *instantly* as I watched no more than 
eight  feet away.

Meanwhile officer Owens was laughing his ass off in the patrol
car some 50 feet away because 1 Vaughn was not popular and 2 Owens
didn't realise that in a confrontation with such a small woman
Peter Vaughn's life was in imminent jeopardy.

After about a minute Owens woke up to the fact and came to Vaughn's aid.
Cynthia took Owens down but kept concentrating of pounding Vaughn to death.
Owens got back hand punches and elbows to the face and together the three
of them rolled about 30 feet across the empty lot. 
Officer Beeler arrives and about 20 seconds later it's over with with
Cynthia cuffed behind the back and leg banded. 

Well, not over, cuffed and leg banded when placed into the back 
of the patrol car she head butted and *broke* the plexiglass
divider between tyhe front and back seat.

Well it's been true since that idiot cop crippled me.
Remeber it was not I that revealed my invalid status amoung the echos.
I'd simply asked *any* cop in the askacop echo if it
was routine for them to tailgate an individual on a motorcycle at two
feet for ten blocks  in congested traffic.
Enter the sounds of silence.
Silence also when I asked about eight more to their face.
I did say I was crippled in that echo as a result of that retarded cop.

Then it was crossposted  all over the fidonet as up until then
I'd always refered to myself as healthy and extremely fit as I
was prior to Nov. 10 1990.

You know, crossposted by peoople of your ilk.
It may have been X.X. but as I do not recall who started
this let's attack a cripple campaign I will not accuse anyone.

But this I do recall, you and several others were quick to climb aboard.

As I inquired of another, can't you find a cripple in your own
town to attack for your sick pleasure?

Seriously, I've *never* seen anyone remotely as fast as Cynthia
and I was defacto bouncer at Dixie's Place for three years.
In fact there are only four people I've ever met that I know
could endure the onslaught Cynthia is capable of.

Oh I'm *completely* confident of the outcome to this hypothetical.
I've seen her fight.

I've seen plenty of fights as I was defacto bouncer at Dixie's Place for the
three years I lived in an attached apartment.
Dixie's Place being a dive semi-biker bar - John Bircher place I've
seen plenty of fights.

I won't give you the satisfaction of telling her last name as I still
am in love with her and intend once I obtain a back brace
to join her in the midwest.
She's clean and sober 6 years now.
