They want profits.  The more the merrier.

We have access to quality health care in this country.  But only for
those who can afford it.  If you listen to what the right wing nutjobs
are saying about Obama's health care reform proposals, folks on medicare
will be too old to be cared for and will have to die.  Along with those
who are disabled.  And those who are veterans.  Especially disabled
veterans.  Better to get those disabled veterans to agree to assisted
suicide than to actually deny them access to quality medical care,
though.  I mean, not even right wing nutjobs want to be seen as being
unpatriotic.  But hey.  At least there's an upside.  All them folks
who are presently without health insurance will be given medicaid.
Especially those young ones with dark skin.  And if Glenn Beck calls
Obama a racist, then conservatives will call Van Jones something that
is unprintable.  So there!

Whatever health care reform passes will be sure to make doctors
happy.  Think about it.  Doctors (surgeons) get a minimum of $5000
an hour for a surgical procedure.  Who is going to pay for that
surgery?  The working poor will have to flip a lot of hamburgers
in order to pay for that surgery.  And that is only the doctor's
bill - not including anything else.  The AMA has endorsed Obama's
health care reform agenda.  There is a reason why.
