    The ISP would not have control over what their customers put on their
webites. But it would seem that if they (The ISP) were informed of potentially
illegal activity and did nothing about it. They (The ISP) could also be held
responsible for that activity if it were proven to be illegal.

    Those two entities here tend to let their customers do as they please
up to the point of receiving a complaint of illegal activity. At which point
an investigation is initiated to determine if there was indeed any illegal
activity. I think it is fair to say that some degree of illegal activity
happens daily on any service provider that one could mention.

     I haven't had the interest to check out the PB as of yet but will take
a look prior to offering any more of an opinion.
