Indonesia used to be a nice place, but it isn't anymore (according to a friend
of mine who grew up there)

The Republic of China is the mainland and it's not very nice.

I see the difference. We get to choose between several for POTUS or any other
elected office.

I milked the system once, back in 1970. I drew unemployment for a year with two
extensions and played on the beach or traveled up and down the coast of
California, site-seeing  for the entire time.

We have unemployment also, but many people work that into welfare or disability
payments too.

That happens only in some places, like Iowa or Nebraska. In California, they
tried to use electronic devices to count the votes, but they were declared
illegal by, believe it or not, the state's elected legislature. It's also a
policy here in Texas to use paper ballots.

Nahhh, you've been telling us that GWB lied to the world about WMAs, when in
reality he was misled to believe they existed, by the world's intellgence
angencys. Some in urope, some in the middle East, etc.. He's even stated
publically that he was mis-informed, but taking out Saddam Hussein was the
right
thing to do...One can only act upon the knowledge one has. I'm sure that he
wished he didn't decide to stay in Iraq for as long as we have, but he
committed
himself to follow through. As you can see by world events, we aren't the ones
who are suffering terrorists acts - because GWB walked softly and carried that
big stick he inherited from a former POTUS.
