There is no nodelist tinkering..

You *used* to be a RC, you should know how things work.

As R18C I submit to the Z1C 2 segments a week.

I send her a stub on Tuesday afternoons and thursday afternoons.

What I send her on tuesdays will be included in what she and the other ZC's
exchange amongst each other. If I made any changes for that submission, it
insures that change appears in every zones friday nodediff production.

If I make a change after tuesdays submission but before thursdays submission,
then said change will reflect in Z1 nodediff production, but outside of Zone
One, that change will have to wait til the following week in order for said
change to reflect in their nodelist.

Apparently *your* RC operates in the same fashion..

What Janis said was that when your RC submitted you as marked down, he did so
on his tuesday submission, what this means is that this is what she sent to the
other ZC's.. *That* is the info that got included in the nodediff production
the other zones used, among the normal changes internal to those respective
zones!

What Janis also said is that *your* RC also submitted to her another stub on
thursday that showed you not marked as down...

*READ CAREFULLY*

The revised info Janis received on thursday superseded info she had received on
thursday as far as Zone One nodediff production goes. BUT it did not supersede
info for nodediff production for the other zones, until the following week..

Thats why you werent being showed as down in the resulting Z1 nodelist, but you
were in the nodelists produced in the other zones.

It is not nor never was nodelist tinkering, its called the latest available
info, which is governed by the timing and schedules of each ZC exchanging stubs
versus each RC submitting them to their ZC.

RC13 submits a stub to Z1C, showing you as marked down


B =

Z1C generates a Z1 seg based on all available and current info and sends it to
other ZC's and collects their segs.

C =

RC13 submits another stub to Z1C, shows you *not* marked down.

D =

Z1C using segs collected from other ZC's and the most recent regional segs (See
Point C), generates a Zonal Seg and produces a nodediff. Information that is in
this seg that is different from what she sent in point B, is not in other zones
nodelist at this point, but will be transmitted the following tuesday.

Look, I dont want you getting irritated with me, perhaps you will, but before
you start demanding people to read what you write or to prove whether or not
you said something, it is also fair that you also read what other people write.

Janis painted a pretty darn clear picture for you, she showed you the
differences between your RC's tuesday and thursday submits, you refused to see
it.

I suppose its easier to argue a conspiracy theory as opposed to acknowledging a
fact.
