I don't think he's missed a thing. It wasn't too long ago that he asked me
to stop posting messages in FN_SYSOP, because he was tired of wading
through them and that I'd made my point. I agreed that those messages were
more than agravating, but they hadn't yet made my point.

The truth is, they were a form of free speech that everyone came to
dislike and the moderator wouldn't do a thing about them, as expected on
this end.

After 5 years of the Felten's moderation or as you put it, non-moderation,
he finally asked Ross Cassell to cut my feed to the echo. That is, he
asked Ross Cassell before he bothered to ask the source to stop posting
those messages. (He has no guts either)

The rules of the FN_SYSOP echo state that every sysop has the right to
post messages about any subject they choose. That was my contribution to
the echo to prove that the moderator has done nothing to improve the
FN_SYSOP echo.

Today, "Freedom of Speech" has finally come to an end in FN_SYSOP.

Had Dale Ross still been my feed, I assume that his feed would have been
cut as well, since he is/was also a downlink and believes in Free Speech.

Michiel will only answer a question that he's comfortable with, if he can
use one of his 'non answers'...

In this echo I think everyone is divided on who is the moderator.
There's at least two moderators.

He uses his opinion, etc., to push buttons. It so happens that it really
does have an effect on some, but it only shows his own stupidity. One day
it will backfire on him. That might be in the form of a new publication
that eventually gets to be more popular. Doubt it, but it could happen
with the right person at the helm. Sean isn't that person, BTW.

I doubt that he has the brains to care what it does.

But you have to ask yourself, why is Michiel the Felten's shill? What's at
stake here that he will lose if the Felten is deposed as Editor? Another
Z2 voice, perhaps.

I see a problem with that approach. You might have fostered another sysop
to jump on one band wagon or another. Better to inform him.

I don't let it bother me, as Fidonet lost any semblance of a positive
organization many years ago.
