    That would depend on if Michiel had the same predilection for letting
his personal views and biases affect his duties as editor and moderator.
If Michiel were capable, unbiased, and equal in his treatment of people.
Then I would not have a problem with it. My personal feelings for or against
Michiel would not be relevant.

      Michiel has a tendency (Or so he says) to twit people that either
complain (Whine) or ask questions that he doesn't want to answer or have

     Regrardless of who is or becomes the editor. They will face the same
things. Some will dislike and resent them. Some will simply tollerate them
and I am sure there will be some that will offer support. The key factor
is to what degree the editor makes life for him/herself harder than it needs
to be.

    How has he survived? Has he survived by stepping up and dealing with
the issues and problems before him or has he survived by simply ignoring
them in hopes that they simply go away? A person can still survive if they
step back. Felten has stated that he no longer wants to deal with people.
One would think that that would be reason (In his mind) to appoint someone
new to take over as editor. But that doesn't look to be the case. So why
does he wish to remain editor? Is it the often remarked Z1/Z2 thing? Simple
stubborness? All of the above? Surviving is good, but how one survives is
also important.
