    I fully understand the concept of moderating via netmail or email and
the benefits that it sometimes provides. But that is not the case with you
even though that is what you would like people to believe. The last time
this subject came up I asked each of those that you deemed disruptive if
they had been moderated by you in private. I did not ask what if anything
was said but simply if moderation had occured. The result was that none
of those asked had been moderated by you. Not suprizingly several of your
supporters stated that you had sent netmail to them. People that you wouldn't
normally have had a reason to moderate either publically or privately. Based
primarily on the fact that you have differant standards for those that you
like versus those that you don't. Often times you seem to base your dislike
of people not based on how they act towards you or what the may say but simply
based on what country they happen to come from. You have shown that clearly
time and again. Your expressed prejudice and bias as moderator and your public
expressions of dislike of people based on nationality make you the wrong
person to be moderator. But instead of thinking of what is best for Fidonews
and Fidonet you are more worried about yourself.

     The "We" are those people within the echo Björn. I think that the
majority of the people here consider the editor to also be the moderator.

     Above you state that some can not understand the concept of your
background moderating which you are trying to convince us that you are
doing. Then just a few sentences later you state that you no longer even
bother to write moderation netmails. Björn, you have essentially shown
that what I and others have been saying is true. That being that at one
time you did actively moderate this echo. But at some point years ago you
became frustrated and resentfull. And basically just gave up careing what
happened in the echo. I can't speak for others but I can understand the
frustration that can build up. That isn't the problem that I have with you
as moderator. The problem that exists is that even thought you may not care
what happens there are others including me that do.

     No Björn, all you have done is to erase any lingering doubt that
it is time for a change for the better. Why not help work toward a
solution instead of continuing to remain part of the ongoing problem?
