Ah ok, with my setup, my reading here was rapid so very easy to miss
such.

Ok, sent one.  If we have problems reaching that way, it's apt to be
your ISP blocks 'cox.net' (possible, it's a big home type cable TV and
ISP setup).  I havent checked yet for an answer but will after a mail
run to see if I have answers to my SBBS help questions.

What's happening is the area isnt properly defined yet and SBBS, with an
undefined area, just tosses out any traffic it doesnt know what to do
with.  Conversely the docs lead to a menu that doesnt exist (I believe
it changed but not sure where to yet).  I'm 99% sure it's all something
wrong there on my end, not a lack of delivery from Bob's system.

I had a partly working system with SBBS before I left, with about 2.5
days of time for the setup and such then a long hiatus where I have to
now backtrack to see what I did and how I did it.  I hadnt gotten
netmail working then yet either nor did I have IREX delivering mail (it
does now).  I was echo capable on the areas I had defined, but little
else yet in the fido arena.  QWK mailer operational fully which operates
by FTP and connecting to dove-net just fine that way.
