I have removed and put Swiss highway stickers on another car. Supposedly
impossible as well....

The rules are different here. The car must be registered, the tax payed and it
must be insured when it is "ready for use". Actually used oir not. So no need
to stop cars while driving. Mere posession of a car "ready for use" is enough.

Yes, we have that too.

But I never drove a vehicle not insured for at least third party. Not even when
it was not required yet. I think it is madness.

So can I, but I have to know the number first. I can not get his name or
address from the number. Or the other way around.
