it was also a power play... several hundred folk saw it for what it was and
called forth the dogs to stop it in its tracks...

it doesn't matter and your attempted diversion isn't going to work :)

no... i'm not confused at all... i'm specifically talking about the two or
three times that you tried to stop someone from registering a domain name of
fidonet.*... there were at least two that i know of and those sysops were
located over there in your vicinity (aka europe and surrounding areas)... the
whole thing was based on the "fidonet" part of the name... at least one of
those made the snooze, IIRC... i know that at least two of them also greatly
increased traffic in several echos as the dogs were wound up to tap you on the
shoulder and let you know that your attempts to stop them were quite wrong...

in those cases, you had plenty of support from all over the network... i, too,
supported you at those times... it is the other times that you weren't
supported for your actions that i'm talking about...

why would i consider such a thing? no one wants to see a grown man cry :P :lol:

please also note that none of my bringing this stuff up is meant as an attack
or slight against you... i'm only pointing out certain things that you have
done that are diametrically opposed to what you have recently stated and how
you have tried to pass over... besides, it is also bringing topical discussion
to the echo as well as allowing me to take a break from other activities that i
have been working on for a period of time :)
