The difference that you tried to overrule was in P4 and how the zones were
represented; one vote per ZC, per zone.

Bogus only in your mind. He was the Z6 and his vote counted as much as
yours or the other 5 ZCs.

The problem with your figures is that only you can varify the count. Truth
be known, there aren't that many 'sysops' in Z2 if you take away the
Russkies. Less than in Z1 for sure.

Only if Z2 had cooperation from at least two other ZCs.

Weight doesn't matter according to the way P4 lays out the voting
procedure. The ZCC proved that over your disaproval and attempted take
over as Fidonet Dictator.
