On the contrary, it is you and the others who are creating unpleasant
facts where they do not exist.

Go read the article you posted.  It is full of statements that confirm
my statements that access to the SWIFT data by US Government was limited
and done with appropriate subpoenas.

For example, from your article:

Now -- tell me how this is not in agreement with what I have been saying
and in contradiction to what you and others have been saying about "The
Great Conspiracy" of SWIFT and the US Government Agencies?
