what do you think is on the magnetic strip?? there is not as much on them as
you might think... heck, get a strip reader and see for yourself ;)

bull... my father transfers money between his accounts all the time... in a few
hours the funds turn up in the destination accouint all ready for use... yes,
this is between separate banks...

uh... check writing is still done with paper check and a pen... no computer or
authentication involved...
