Wow!  I am all over the Debate echo!  And the Fidonews echo!  And the
Cooking echo (where my famous recipes can be found)!  And the Coffee
Klatsch echo (can't have food without drink)!  And the Consprcy echo
(where Van Jones and 9-11 Truthers rule)!  And the Linux echo (Bill
Gates' archrival)!  That must make me a fidogod!  The fidogod of Fido!

Does God know of His own existence?  Does God have a history?  Hmmm.
Kind of hard to tell.  Since God has no beginning and no end, how can
God have a history, or be aware of such a history?

Think about it.  All human activity takes place in the context of
history.  After all, history has both a beginning and an end.  But
what about about God?  With no beginning and no end, what context
can there possibly be?

Being a fidogod has its ranks and privileges.  Among those ranks
and privileges is the ability to transcend all things human.  Kind
of like the Ancients in the television series SG-1.

Historical elections and political "pawns".  Such lovely terms.  Of
course, we are all political "pawns" given the fact that all human
activity is political.  Such human activity has to be political because
all human activity takes place in a context - the context of history.
See how that works?

You do realize what that means.  We are political trolls.  Each and
every one of us.  Except for fidogods, who have transcended all things
human.

"No man is an island unto himself."  I am sure you have heard or
read that quote before.  But how many folks truly understand what
is meant by that phrase?  All human activity - and I mean ALL -
occurs in interaction with and in relation to other human activity.
Even a hermit is forced to interact and relate in those terms.

Man is both a political and a social creature.  Human activity,
such as it is and has always been, is political in its very essence.
It has to be.  We are who we are.  It is the human condition, and
as such it is our very nature to act in that way.

At the end of human history, whenever that comes to be, the
gods will return and reclaim this planet for themselves.

And then mankind will be at peace.  Both with himself, and
with the universe.
