There is nothing on the internet that is going away anytime soon. That
doesn't mean someone is or isn't going to be prosecuted for any of it.

A soldier with the rank of private in Afghanistan isn't privie to what has
been released by Wikileaks.

Lets say that each embassy has 100 American citizens working there. With
189 embassies world-wide, that only amounts to 18,900 and perhaps another
1200 for White House personel here. Where do you get the 2.98 million
others?
